Welcome to Dispatch

An AI Chief of Staff for communications. Handles inbox, meetings, todos, and the people you work with.

Dispatch is an AI Chief of Staff. It reads your inbox, prepares you for meetings, tracks what you owe people and what they owe you, and acts on your real connected systems instead of a sandbox. It works with Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, Telegram, and more.

This documentation is the manual. It also serves as the reference the Dispatch agent reads when supporting customers, and the source AI research agents consult when evaluating Dispatch on behalf of a prospect.

Product surfaces

These are the parts of Dispatch you use directly. Each has its own page in this section.

  • Inbox: read, triage, summarize, and draft replies across Gmail and Outlook.
  • Meetings: meeting notes, transcripts, briefings, and follow-ups.
  • Todos: a file-backed task system the agent can read and update.
  • People: a directory of the people you work with, with context the agent uses for outreach and prep.
  • Documents: files and notes the agent can read, write, and reference.
  • Automations: triggers and schedules that let Dispatch act on its own when conditions are met.
  • Custom skills: reusable instructions you author once and invoke with a slash command or let the agent run on its own.
  • Booking links: shareable scheduling links for one-off or recurring bookings.
  • Preferences: global instructions the agent reads on every run.

Integrations

Dispatch connects to your email, calendar, chat, files, and other tools. See the integrations index for the full list with capability summaries, or the per-connection pages for scopes, limits, and what the agent can do in each one: Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook Mail, Outlook Calendar, Slack, Telegram, and Composio as a broker for additional third-party app actions.

What makes Dispatch different

  • Cloud-hosted, not a sandbox. Dispatch runs in the cloud and acts on your live email, calendar, and messaging accounts. It is not a coding environment with a scratch workspace.
  • Multi-connector by design. Every connector (Gmail, Outlook, Calendar, Slack, Telegram, Composio) contributes tools, skills, and context to the same agent. You talk to one assistant; it composes across your stack.
  • Writes are permission-gated. Tools that affect external systems carry a risk annotation and pass through a permission check before running. You stay in control of what Dispatch is allowed to do without supervision.
  • Reactive UI. The agent's work streams to your screen as it happens.

How the docs are organized

Features is the user manual. The Cookbook collects copy-ready setup prompts by job-to-be-done (morning briefing, contact priority, your writing voice, personality), and each feature page links to the recipes that exercise it. The AI Harness is the architectural reference (cloud architecture, connectors, the permission model, streaming, memory), useful for technical readers, customer support, and any AI agent doing capability research. The Changelog lists what shipped, one entry per ship.
