Booking links

Shareable scheduling links Dispatch generates, hosts, and manages against your connected calendars.

Booking links are live. Share a URL and a guest can schedule with you directly: Dispatch generates the page, reads availability from your connected calendars, and creates the event on the right calendar. It is how you stop the "what times work for you?" exchange.

The whole lifecycle is covered. Guests can reschedule or cancel from the same URL they booked with, without emailing you. On your side, the agent can create recurring and single-use links, list active links, inspect what's been booked, and manage each link from chat.

What you'll notice

  • A public booking page that reads real availability from Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar and creates the event for you.
  • Two link types: recurring (a persistent URL guests book against repeatedly) and single-use (spent after one booking).
  • Per-link configuration: duration, buffer time, minimum notice, weekly availability windows, and time zone.
  • Reschedule and cancel options on the public booking page.
  • Agent tools for creating, listing, inspecting, and deleting links. Ask Dispatch to make you one.

Notes for existing users

  • A calendar provider must be connected for a link to read availability and write events.
  • Guest bookings run server-side, so the permission gate is not in that path; the agent's own calendar-create tools remain gated.
