Large workspace data exports now download in full and resume if interrupted, and received-email automations can be limited to mail that is still in your inbox.

Smaller changes

  • Large workspace data exports now download in full — Downloading your workspace data export from workspace settings no longer stops partway through on large accounts. The full archive now arrives as one complete, valid ZIP no matter how big your workspace is, and an interrupted download resumes where it left off instead of starting over. If a link ever can't be prepared, the export clearly asks you to regenerate it rather than showing a download that would fail.
  • Limit email automations to your inbox — Received-email automations for Gmail and Outlook now have an "Only process emails in the inbox" setting on the trigger's page. Turn it on and Dispatch runs the automation only for mail that is still in your primary inbox when it looks, skipping messages a rule moved to a folder, filed in a subfolder, or archived first. The setting is off by default and saved per trigger, so nothing changes until you turn it on.
  • Archived workspaces show a clear block screen — Opening a workspace that has been archived now takes you straight to a "workspace archived" screen that explains what happened, instead of an error page. If a workspace becomes archived while you're using it, Dispatch moves you to the same screen automatically rather than leaving you on a page that can no longer load.
  • The Todos page loads reliably on large workspaces — The Todos page no longer fails to load on workspaces with many todos or todos built from large email threads. The list now loads only what it needs to show each row, and a todo's full source emails load when you open that todo. Existing workspaces were migrated, so affected pages recover without any action on your part.
